*NEW* I am submitting my application for a vendor spot for the Chipman Car Crafters Back to the Basics 2026. I understand that spaces are limited and that all products must be directly related to cars. To assist with the selection process, I have included a detailed description of my car-related products to demonstrate their relevance and suitability for the event. I recognize that demand for vendor spots is high, and that previous participation does not guarantee selection or preferred placement. I appreciate your consideration of my application and look forward to notification regarding the outcome by April 15, 2026.

Vendor Information:
Stalls are outside, approximately 15’ X 15’. You must bring your own tent, weights, table, chairs and power (gen sets must be very quiet). You will need to unload and park in the designated parking area. Set up will be after parking your vehicle to reduce congestion.
Set up is between 6:00-8:00 am to reduce conflict with the show cars arriving.
If you are a food vendor – you will be required to provide a copy of your certification with your fees if accepted. Fees will be payable within 7 days of acceptance email. If your payment is not received within the 7 days, you may forfeit your spot.
Stalls are $50 and non-refundable. If you have not arrived by 8am, you may forfeit your stall and we will fill that spot with cars.
